CITRIX ENGINEER (1 position) – PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT

-Senior Windows Engineer that has extensive background in Citrix, Microsoft and VM -Server architecture, design, and implementation; has an understanding of Storage Area Networks; and, is familiar with AD technologies. Experience with XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI, Edgesight, SoftGrid, Application Packaging and Publishing, MS SQL Clustering, IIS, and Active Directory preferred.
-Enterprise level Systems Engineer. This candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience supporting Microsoft infrastructures and related applications. MS and VM Certification highly Preferred.
-Develop systems designs and configuration based on requirements. Refines requirement with the client and ensures compatibility to standards.

WINTEL ENGINEER (OPERATIONS L2 (9 positions) – PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT

- To provide systems administration, maintenance, and support for Open Systems environment specializing in Windows OS

- Work with a team of administrators to act as Level 2 support for servers

- Troubleshoot incidents escalated from Level 1 support

- Assist with high-severity incidents

-Work with other groups to restore service in accordance to the established SLA for the incident. Examples of other groups are Backup, Messaging, Network, Production Support, Middleware, DBA, etc.

-Participate in an on-call rotation to provide weekend support coverage and in Change Management to perform upgrades, patches, and hot fixes

-Participate in the planning phase of Release Management and in cross training with other specialized areas such as server lockdown and anti-virus support

UNIX ADMINISTRATOR (10 positions) – ROTATIONAL SHIFT

-Experience Supporting IT infrastructure in large organization

- 7+ years SUN Solaris, 8, 9 and 10 System Administration

- 3+ years experience in Solaris 10 container administration

- 5+ years of VERITAS Volume manager/File system administration

- 3+ years SUSE Linux, and RedHat System Administration

- Experience supporting and installing SUN and Fujitsu Hardware

- Experience with BMC automation tools is a strong plus

- 3+ years experience supporting and administering SUN and VERITAS Clusters across various platforms

- 2+ years administering and support SUN Mail or Send mail environment

- Experience with the use of local zones/container in a VERITAS Cluster is a strong plus

- SAN technologies support primarily with EMC/Hitachi preferred

- Ability to develop automation process using Unix shell/batch scripting languages preferred

WINTEL ENGINEERING (5 positions) – PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT

-Utilize advanced techniques and processes such as clustering, VMware definition, Siteminder setup, etc., and incorporate them into complex business solutions.

-Develop documentation, project plans and workflow processes for related projects.

-Develop procedures and processes for hardware, software, and applications.

-Provide direct liaison with the customer for all technical discussions and issues.

-Oversee IT professionals, consultants, and/or vendors on project teams for new configurations and/or releases.

-Handle moderate to complex problem resolution without escalation and with minimal supervision.  May instruct, direct, and check the work of less experienced staff.

-Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
