My Mum's Bday & Retiring Cake

Setelah sebulan aku mencarik red velvet kek, akhirnyaa...aku da jumpe
vendor yg boleh buat red velvet kek with cream cheese topping yg
dekat2 je ngan aku utk bday mama aku bulan depan ni. Harga x mahal,
very reasonable RM80 utk kek yg boleh dimakan seramai 6-7 org. Aku
xkisah mahal camne pon as long as aku puas atie dgn outcome nye.

Mule2 aku ingat nak buat fondant kek, tp pk2 balik fondant kek sangatla
maniss....so aku cancelled & gantikan dgn cream cheese topping.
Mule2 kan aku pon x tawu camne nak soh Nuurul (she's from Ambition
Bakers) buatkan rupe kek mak aku tuh. Google punye google,
finally....i've found the right one. With the black+red+white theme color, it
may suites with our fav.color combination,ever. :)

So aku pon email kan gamba kek tu kat Nuurul, katenye kek tu bukan pakai
cream cheese, tp pakai byk sgt fondant, so Nuurul decided lukis sebijik2
mcm dalam gambar tu pakai cream cheese & letak fondant sket2 & put a
very light ribbon...otometik je aku AGREED ngan Nuurul.
So aku da janji ngan Nuurul to pick up the cake on 14th March 2010, 11
am and the pick up point will be at LRT Taman Melati. Yayyy! x saba
sangat nak tgk the outcomeeeee!! :)
